Handling and supervising visual-media related responsibilities concerning photos, video and audio in the Strategic & Digital Communications Directorate. Creating the Weekly Wrap Up videos for His Majesty King Abdullah II's summary of weekly events that are launched on RHC's social-media pages, supervising the technical aspects of going live and broadcasting on social-media channels during ceremonial events, strategically brainstorming ideas and online-products specifically for social media consumption, handling archival material and media, forecasting content for national events among other various audio/visual-media related tasks and responsibilities. Handling all audio/visual related tasks regarding traditional, digital and social media; managing a team of photographers, videographers, audio/camera operators, press officers, building strategic content plans and a/v products, forecasting potential opportunities from analyzing online/offline sentiment and insights from monitoring websites and social media platforms, working alongside Comms team regarding captions and press-release, making decisions on what media is intended for which channels, posting/releasing HRHCP’s public activities to news outlets, among various other managerial activities and roles.

Part of the Media & Operations team responsible for providing all the services and facilities the accredited media need to do their jobs when on the Expo site. This includes all the planning and preparation in advance of the Event. Delivering complex media operations at the highest level and optimizing the Expo 2020 experience for the attending accredited media. Managing photography, press and broadcast clients. Reporting to Head of Media Ops supporting the planning and delivery of a comprehensive programme to ensure the messages and themes of Expo 2020 Dubai are covered throughout the world. Coordinating with protocol, guest services and vip departments on strategizing each National Day ceremony’s movement plan, with the official media staff of all countries achieve the best possible coverage of their day and make it as smooth as possible.

In a monumental undertaking, I had the privilege of being part of the global Hill & Knowlton (H&K) team instrumental in launching Alat, a pioneering Saudi tech company funded by the Public Investment Fund. Alat stands at the forefront of revolutionizing the electronics and industrials sectors through a state-of-the-art, net-zero manufacturing hub.

As an integral member, I developed Alat's social media strategy and technical operations for the launch. This involved leading live activations, analyzing geopolitical impacts on tech narratives, crafting media kits for Saudi ministers, and establishing community management workflows.

The launch in Riyadh was the culmination of 18 months of meticulous planning, strategy development, and comprehensive media training by H&K teams across Spain, Norway, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia. This high-profile event attracted over 500 attendees, including Saudi royalty and tech executives.

Our efforts generated significant traction, with 4,000 published articles and 11,000 social media impressions, highlighting Alat's ambitious vision. It was a project that exemplified strategic insight and seamless international collaboration.
